Review: Smart Cutter PS / TS is a program that can split and join video files of different formats, including MPEG, AVCHD and DVD. Does the program need to be installed, so you can put Smart Cutter PS / TS on the external device and run on any computer, because Windows registry entries will not change. The program's interface is a bit unusual, compared to other similar programs. You can also go to the Options menu and look online step-by-step tutorial. So, when you open a video file (drag and drop method is not supported), you can move the two sliders (long and short range) to get the difference frame . Then you can set the start and end point and ECORD button (red circle) to start transcoding. You can see the progress, output destination, speed, disk space, and gone, and how much time is remaining. You can also stop or cancel the process, or let the computer shutdown after the task is completed. Moreover, you can merge several videos by adding them to the list on the right side of the screen, allowing the Link and then press Record. On the options menu, you can select an output directory, the actions to be taken when a file with the same name already exists, enable full screen mode and auto deinterlace, and more. The program uses a moderate amount of system resources and manage to complete the task in the shortest. We haven find any problems during our tests. Since Smart Cutter PS / TS easy to use even by novice (when they have read the guidelines), we strongly recommend this software to cut and merge video files.
